ingredients
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
directions
Combine first 4 ingredients; reserve 2 tablespoons crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture into bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and next 6 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until set. Cool on a wire rack; chill 4 to 5 hours. Remove sides of pan.
