ingredients
1 can (30 ounce size) apricot halves, drained, reserve syrup
1 env. unflavored gelatin powder
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tub (4.5 oz.) whipped topping
directions
Combine 1/2 cup of the reserved apricot syrup and gelatin. Stir over low heat until dissolved.
Blend apricots in blender. Combine apricots and gelatin mixture.
Beat cheese, milk and lemon juice. Stir in apricot mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill.
