ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Amaretto
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 cup almonds, chopped
directions
In a large bowl, beat together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the spices, milk and Amaretto. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pinch off walnut-size pieces of the mixture and roll in small balls. Roll the balls in the almonds.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
