Filled Angel Cake

ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 large Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
3 pints fresh strawberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
directions
Prepare cake as directed in a tube cake pan (or purchase pre-made cake). Slice about 1 inch off top of (cooled) cake. Tunnel out center of cake, leaving "walls" about 3/4" thick.
Beat creme cheese and lemon until smooth, add sweet condensed milk, fold in sliced strawberries and broken pieces of cake from "tunnel". Fill in tunnel with mixture.
Put top of cake back on. Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with strawberries.

I have made this recipe years ago. Just recently rentals waiting to make it again. Finally found it! This is an Awesome cake recipe. I definately would recommend this to anyone. It is very rich, it's one of those cakes you would make on a special occasion or for someone's birthday.
