Fairy Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 packages (8 ounce) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cherry pie filling
Vanilla wafers
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla in medium bowl until light and fluffy.
Place vanilla wafer on the bottom of each paper baking cup. Fill each cup full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Top each fairy cake with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
