I added more cumin and chili powder at the end because I felt it needed more flavor. Overall quite good.

Great recipe..but anybody else notice it never says when to add the bell pepper?
You can probably safely add it along with the other vegetables.

Excellent recipe. Three out of four family members loved it. Our picky youngest eater didn't, but she won't eat anything with spices. We will likely make this several times per month. It tasted a lot like the Carne Guisada from a local restaurant and it was much less expensive to make it at home.

I can cook and instruction are really hard for me. I cooked this for my wife and she said it was great. She could not believe I did it on my own and there was not a single trip to the emergency room this time. THANKS FOR THE HELP:)

I added 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon chili powder and a few shots of hot pepper sauce for a little extra kick. Deee-licious.
