3 pounds lean chuck meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can beef broth
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large carrots, coin slices
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 medium potatoes, 1/2" cubed
directions
Dredge meat in flour. Brown in olive oil in Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients.
Cover. Bake at 325 degrees F oven for 3 hours.
