All Day Stew Pot Recipe

Ingredients:
16 ounces beef stew meat, cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped carrots
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
4 cups diced raw potatoes
15 ounces canned beef broth
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
Directions:
Brown the stew meat in a skillet. Place browned meat in bottom of crockpot. Stir in vegetables.
Combine the broth, parsley, seasonings, and tapioca in a small bowl. Pour over mixture in crockpot.
Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir before serving.
