Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

They rised really well i was quite surprised and they tasted sooooo good i definatly recomend this resipe
We tried doubling this recipe and got muffins that did not get baked through no matter how long we baked them. Complete waste and very disappointed. Next time will rely on cookbooks instead.
Doubling a baking recipe can often lead to problems. You should always try a baking recipe in the form written first before attempting to double it. Some recipes cannot be doubled due to the chemical process that takes place when you mix the ingredients. Some must simply be made twice (instead of doubled and made as one batch).

i tried this out and though the recipe was easy to do, i dont really think banana and chocolate compliment one another. would suggest chocolate and walnuts instead :)

Very easy to make and a light and moist muffin. I did not add the optional walnuts and had 1 1/2 dozen muffins! Thanks
