The person who used two tablespoons of apple pie spice must have had very old, weak spice because 2 teaspoons was perfect. Good recipe, muffins were nice and tender and lots of flavor. Will make again for sure.

Made exatly as written and they were perfect. Don't know what Mcdonald's muffins taste like (didn't know they had them) but these are a family favorite now. And so easy to make.

I used 2 TBS apple pie spice instead of 2 tsps. It was great. Everyone loved them and they went so fast. So easy to fix.
