8 ounces penne pasta
5 cups assorted vegetables, such as zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 teaspoons McCormick Grill Mates Montreal chicken seasoning, divided
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the oil and 1 teaspoon of the chicken seasoning. Place vegetables in grill basket or thread onto skewers. Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.
Mix balsamic vinegar, remaining 3 tablespoons oil and remaining 2 teaspoons Chicken Seasoning in large bowl. Add cooked pasta and vegetables, toss well. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
