ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup instant rice
1 can bean sprouts
6 tablespoons soy sauce
chow mein noodles

directions

Brown hamburger with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Spoon into greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with chow mein noodles.
