Fresh Green Bean Salad With Cilantro

ingredients
8 ounces fresh green beans, ends trimmed
1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar or herb vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
directions
Place the beans in enough water to cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes, covered, until the beans are tender but al dente. Remove and place in a serving bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss the beans with the cilantro and dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
