Best Ever Spinach Quiche

ingredients
4 ounces chopped fresh spinach, rinsed well
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk (use skim evaporated milk)
1 package prebaked pie crust
directions
Blend cheeses, onion, oil and seasonings until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and spinach. Pour into prebaked (according to directions on box) pie crust shell.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
