ingredients
1/2 pound leftover spaghetti noodles
1 teaspoon ginger
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (or more, to taste)
1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
directions
In a wok or large skillet fry frozen veggies, ginger and teriyaki sauce. When almost ready add spaghetti noodles. Can also add leftover cooked meat (chicken, beef strips, etc) to this.

Wasn't thinking when I made up a whole box of spaghetti noodles for dinner a couple of days ago (only needed half a box). Made this with the leftovers. Needed more sauce but teriyaki is thicker so I added some soy sauce to thin it and stretch it out a bit. I added fresh veggies and some shrimp. Good for a last minute dinner.
