ingredients
12 ounces dry spaghetti pasta
2 pounds ground beef
1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
1 carton (8 ounce size) cottage cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons melted butter
directions
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Brown hamburger. Drain and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onion.
In a 2-quart greased casserole, spread half the spaghetti. Cover with cheese mixture and top with remaining spaghetti, drizzling butter over the spaghetti. Spread meat mixture over the top. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F or until bubbly. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
