- #71515

under 30 minutes
ingredients
1/2 pound spaghetti pasta
1 medium egg
garlic powder
salt
black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon butter
directions
Cook spaghetti. Drain and set aside.
In a shaker container or small bowl, beat egg, add milk. Whisk together, then add salt, pepper and garlic powder to your liking.
Put a medium-size frying pan or skillet on a burner at medium heat. When skillet is hot, put oil in it with butter. Place one pasta fork full of spaghetti in skillet, spread out thin but like a spider web. Let the spaghetti get golden brown and turn over.
Now as this side is browning, drizzle some of the egg mixture over the spaghetti (about 1/4 cup of it). Let cook and, when brown, the egg is done.
Turn onto serving plates and enjoy.
