A tasty and easy crock pot spaghetti recipe made with ground beef, spaghetti pasta, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and V8 juice.
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups tomato or V8 juice
6 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken into bits
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Drain off the grease.
Combine the cooked beef with the onion, garlic, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, mushrooms, and tomato juice in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Increase the heat to high (if cooking on low) and add the uncooked pasta. Cover the crock pot and cook on high for one hour or until the pasta is cooked through.
Serve hot.

The sauce was really tasty and easy. The pasta turned out ok too. I've heard horror stories about pasta turning out mushy but it was done al dente in an hour so I let it cook just a little longer until it was softer.
