COOK'S NOTES:
Ok, lets be honest! Most of us girls would love to see some bling on Valentines Day. When I put this drink together and was thinking of the garnish, I set the glass down and put the orange slice flat instead of on the rim and thought it still needed something. Then the romantic in me thought I would love to be handed this drink with something sparkly in it. So I put a maraschino cherry in the middle and propped my ring against it. It made me smile so I had my husband snap a picture of it. Feel free to show this to your sweetie and maybe he'll get the idea. My husband thought it looked great but said the pan I had wanted a couple months ago wouldn't fit in the martini glass. Ha Ha I said. Well can't blame a girl for trying. Enjoy!
