This frozen mudslide cocktail has a "rummy" twist to it. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

ingredients

2 ounces Baileys Irish cream
2 ounces Kahlua
2 ounces Malibu rum
1 cup crushed ice
2 cups ice cream, or to taste (or use milk)

directions

Combine the Irish cream, kahlua, rum, ice, and ice cream in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

If desired, swirl chocolate syrup inside the glass before adding the frozen mudslide. Garnish with whipped cream.

    No measurements so you totally have to add them to taste. I go a little heavy on the ice cream so it doesn't totally knock you out. More kahlua than baileys too and I go light on the rum. It should be Kahlua, then baileys, then rum in order of most to least. I sometimes use chocolate ice cream for a really rich treat or just add some chocolate syrup while the blender is going.
