Slow Cooker Beef Boogie Woogie

ingredients
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine
1 packet beefy onion soup mix (e.g., Lipton)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 pounds beef stew meat
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces baby carrots
directions
Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir.
Cook on high 4 hours and low 4 hours, or just low for about 8 to 10 hours.

Serve on a bed of steamed rice and add just a bit more water for the sauce on the rice. We don't make it very often as we don't usually have wine in the house but it is so good! Kinda rich but doesn't matter. Not exactly kid friendly buy your friends will love it!
