Eagle Brand Irish Cream Liqueur Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup Irish Whiskey or rye
1 cup table cream
3 eggs*
1 tablespoon Milk Mates Chocolate Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Coconut extract (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated and shake before pouring. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
*Use only clean, uncracked eggs. If raw eggs are a concern, use an egg substitute product.
