1 1/2 cup Irish whiskey or rye
1 cup heavy cream
3 fresh eggs or egg substitute equivalent
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract, optional
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, whiskey or rye, cream, eggs, chocolate syrup, and coconut extract in a blender. Process until smooth.
Transfer the liqueur to a covered container and refrigerate for up to 30 days. Mix well before using.
