Eagle Brand Irish Cream Liqueur

If you think store-bought Irish cream is good, wait until you try making your own. This Eagle Brand recipe is simple, tasty, and perfect for sippin' or splashing into coffee.

ingredients

1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup Irish whiskey or rye
1 cup heavy cream
3 fresh eggs or egg substitute equivalent
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract, optional

directions

Combine the sweetened condensed milk, whiskey or rye, cream, eggs, chocolate syrup, and coconut extract in a blender. Process until smooth.

Transfer the liqueur to a covered container and refrigerate for up to 30 days. Mix well before using.
