Easy Baileys Irish Cream

Irish cream is spectacular for turning coffee into cocktails and making boozy desserts, and you can whip it up right at home. Sweetened condensed milk makes it extra thick, and you can even add your personal touch with different liquors.

ingredients

1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup rye, scotch or dark rum
1 pint whipping cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon dry chocolate milk mix powder

directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until well chilled.
