Classic Turkey Pot Pie

ingredients
2 cups roast turkey breast tenderloin, cooked and cubed
1 pound frozen stew vegetables, thawed and drained
1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 jar (12 ounce size) non-fat turkey gravy
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 refrigerated pie crust (9" size)
directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In bowl, combine stew vegetables, peas, turkey, turkey gravy, parsley, salt and black pepper.
Place mixture in deep dish 9" pie plate. Place pie crust on top of dish, folding edges under to seal. Flute. Cut several slits in crust.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
