ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
1 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup water
1 medium carrot, chopped
2 cans (15 ounce size) stewed tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas
12 ounces crab meat, picked over
2 cups clam juice
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
directions
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add potato and carrot, cook over medium high heat, stirring, 1 minute. Add tomatoes, clam juice, wine, Worcestershire, seafood seasoning, and water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
Add peas and cook for 2 minutes. Add crab meat and Tabasco. Simmer 1 minute to heat through.
