ingredients
1 can (46 ounce size) pineapple juice, chilled
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (2 liter size) lemon lime soft drink, chilled
cranberry wreath ice ring (recipe follows)
directions
Stir together first 3 ingredients in a punch bowl or large bowl, stirring well. Stir in soft drink. Place Cranberry Wreath Ice Ring, fruit side up, in punch bowl. Serve punch immediately.
For Cranberry Wreath Ice Ring: Line bottom of 2 1/2 to 3 cups ring mold with fresh cranberries to a depth of 1 inch. Add just enough water to cover berries and freeze at least 4 hours.
Fill ring mold with water and freeze 4 more hours or until frozen. To remove ice ring from mold, briefly dip bottom of mold in a pan of hot water and invert.
