Ingredients:
1 baguette bread loaf (1 lb. size), preferably whole-grain
3/4 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing, divided
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped pepper
1 cup chopped celery
6 ounces thin sliced honey ham
6 ounces thin sliced honey smoked turkey breast
4 slices American cheese

Directions:

Cut off the top of the baguette loaf; set aside. Hollow out inside of baguette bottom and brush with 1/4 cup of the dressing.

Combine vegetables with remaining 1/2 cup dressing. Place on bottom half of baguette; top with layers of meat and process cheese.

Cover with top of baguette; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to pack in the cooler to transport to the picnic. Cut crosswise into slices to serve.
