Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 clove finely grated garlic
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced green onion
12 ounces cooked & shredded lobster meat

Brush the edges of wonton wrappers with water. Place 1/2 tsp filling into each wonton, pressing out air and sealing edges well to form a triangle. Stack on a plate dusting with cornstarch to avoid sticking, store in refrigerator until time to fry.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
