ingredients
6 ounces ham, chopped
6 ounces Cheddar cheese, diced
24 wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
4 cups oil
directions
Mix the ham with the cheese. Place 1/2 tbsp. on each wrapper. Brush sides with egg. Fold wrappers over into triangle shapes. Seal the edges.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Fry wontons in oil until golden brown. Serve hot with savory sauce of your choice.
