Didnt find the cake to be difficult to make, while the cake baked I made the filling and frosting, and putting it together was a breeze. Found I needed more oj for the frosting than the recipe called for but on the whole one of the best cakes I've ever tasted! Also made a strawberry one by subbing strawberry jello, strawberry cake, strawberry extract, and strawberry coolwhip. Used strawberry milk syrup for the oj and we loved that one too!
