Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, julienned
1 head iceberg lettuce, julienned
1/4 head radicchio, julienned
1/2 red bell pepper, roasted and julienned
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
3 kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and julienned
1/4 red onion, julienned
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh basil, finely chopped
1/3 cup salad oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In large bowl, mix romaine, iceberg, radicchio, roasted pepper, garbanzo beans, olives, feta cheese, tomato, cucumber and red onion; set aside.

To make dressing, whisk together rice vinegar, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, shallots, fresh herbs and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss with salad mix.
