6 cups crumbled cornbread
5 cups crumbled biscuits
3/4 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped celery
7 cups chicken or turkey stock
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sage
