Green Chile Tortilla Roll-Ups

ingredients
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 fajita-size flour tortillas (6-in. size)
1 jar (16 ounce size) salsa, any kind
directions
Combine green chiles, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheeses, green onions, olives and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl.
Spread 1/2 cup cheese mixture over each tortilla. Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut each tortilla roll into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa.

This is a great and fast finger food for any get together that everyone loves. You can omit the hot sauce so that they aren't too hot if you like but they are always gobbled up!
