Korean BBQ Tofu

ingredients
1 1/2 pound firm tofu
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
4 cloves garlic
OR
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 cup water
directions
Cut tofu in strips 1/2" thick. Marinate tofu in remaining ingredients for at least 2 hours.
Stir-fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice. Or cut tofu into squares and throw into a vegetable stir-fry.
