ingredients
1 pound firm tofu
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup tamari
1 teaspoon ginger -- fresh, minced
1 dash pepper -- cayenne
directions
Cut tofu lengthwise into "fillets".
Mix together mirin, tamari, ginger and cayenne.
Marinate tofu in mixture for at least one hour or overnight.
Grill tofu over hot coals until heated through and lightly browned.
