The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

An American twist to eggrolls. Grab some sausages, mayo, an American flag for good measure and get to work. A bit of ketchup to dip them in, the Star-Spangled Banner playing in the background? Mission accomplished.
1 quart cooking oil for frying
15 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 Polish sausages
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon milk
8 large egg roll wrappers, or wonton wrappers (see below)
chopped parsley
Heat oil in frying pan to medium high, about 350 degrees F. Combine garlic, mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard in blender until smooth. Remove from blender. Cut each Polish sausage into two shorter halves and score lengthwise. Beat egg and milk with fork until smooth.
Place each sausage half at end of egg roll wrapper, add a dollop of mustard sauce and roll sausage into wrapper, sealing ends with egg mixture. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned on all sides. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra mustard sauce.
For Wontons: Cut each bratwurst into cubes. Beat egg and milk with fork until smooth. Place a sausage bit in the middle of a wonton wrapper, add a dollop of mustard sauce and wrap wonton around mixture, sealing ends with egg mixture. Cook as above.

I used all cream cheese as suggested and these were really yummy. Served with sriracha ketchup for dipping.

What a fun recipe! They look like a wonton but taste like a ballpark bratwurst! We used some delicious bison bratwurst. I think using more cream cheese and less mayonnaise would work better though. The mayo thinned too much when cooking so there wasn't a lot of creaminess left. The cream cheese will hold up better to the deep frying. What a great recipe though! I'm thinking Chili Dog Wontons might be next...
