Divide frosting evenly into 4 small bowls. Tint 1 bowl of frosting with brown icing color, blend well. Tint another bowl of frosting with red icing color, blend well. Tint third bowl with yellow icing color, blend well. Leave remaining bowl of frosting white.
Spoon each color of frosting into resealable food storage plastic bag and seal bags. Cut a tiny hole in bottom corner of each bag.
On each cookie, attach candy corn with small amount of white frosting for feathers. Pipe colored frosting onto each cookie to resemble turkey face.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
