Easy Apple Cheesecake

ingredients
1 cup apple pie filling
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package (6 ounce size) graham cracker pie crust
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
whipped topping
directions
In a bowl, combine pie filling and cinnamon. Spoon into pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour over pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
