Strawberry Margarita Cake

ingredients
3/4 cup bottled strawberry margarita drink mix
1 package (2 layer size) white cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
strawberries, if desired
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or lightly spray pan with cooking spray bottom only of 13" x 9" rectangular pan.
Add enough water to drink mix to measure 1 1/4 cups. Beat cake mix, drink mix, oil and egg whites in a large bowl on low speed 2 minutes.
Pour into pan. Bake for 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about l hour.
Gently stir lime peel into whipped topping and spread over top of the cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Store covered in the refrigerator.

I made this and it is so easy! My girls at work just went crazy for it. It isn't that over the top sweet-just right . Great for parties or reunions
