This recipe is absolutely fabulous! My wife hates it when I make tacos, because I usually use the premade package stuff that has cumin in it. NEVER AGAIN! I tried this recipe tonight (without the cumin), and she was so surprised. She still hated it, but only because it was so good she didn't want to stop eating it. Thank you for the awesome recipe, even if I omitted the cumin. I think she will actually be demanding taco night more regularly. P.S. It goes great with Tapatio Hot Sauce.

This recipe saved me on Thanksgiving I was one packet of seasoning short and of course there were no stores open. I was a bit hesitant about even trying this but I had no other choice. It worked out perfectly and I couldn't tell the difference between the store bought stuff and this recipe. I will be using this in the future. Who ever posted this recipe I appreciate it very much.
