1 teaspoon dry mustard

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CRUMBLED NEVER HEARD OF THAT TERMINOLOGY REGARDING SPICES THANKS IT SOUNDS GREAT
Same thing as "crushed". You just want to break up the spices further to blend them more.

Wasn't really sure what the difference between the different poultry seasoning recipes were but I chose this one because it only made 2 TB and the others made like a whole cup. I only needed 1 TB so I just cut this recipe in half. I don't know how it compares to the kind you buy at the store but it gave good flavor to my recipe.
