Great tasting bread I used all-purpose flour and the loaf turned out quite dense would that be the issue?

how can i make this low carb please

    • Well, it's bread, so you'd have to seriously alter it to make it low carb. And that's far outside the scope of what we can guestimate for you. Feel free to experiment and report back if you're successful!

It used to be a pain to have to track down different flours but most stores are stocking them now so I've been doing a little more baking. This is a nice bread with great color to it. Toasts beautifully. I didn't need to change anything. I will definitely be making it again.

Crunchy crust and soft bread, not too sweet!
