ingredients
4 teaspoons McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning or McCormick Grill Mates 25% less sodium montreal steak seasoning
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons ground mustard
2 new york strip or rib-eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 3/4 pound each)
directions
Mix Steak Seasoning, oil, vinegar and mustard in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Notes- Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning paired with balsamic vinegar and ground mustard will jazz up any steak.
