Easy Crab Mornay Sauce

ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 egg, slightly beaten
6 ounces crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
In small saucepan, combine soup with wine or broth. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended and heated through.
Stir 1/2 cup of the soup mixture into the beaten egg and return all to saucepan. Add crab meat and cheese. Cook until all is melted and heated through.
Can serve over rice, pasta, poached eggs, etc.
