Cucumber Sauce

ingredients
1 small cucumber
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon fresh dill, snipped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch white pepper
directions
Peel the cucumber, slice lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds. Shred or coarsely grate the cucumber. Put the shredded cucumber in a strainer and press out as much liquid as possible.
Combine all the other ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Add the cucumber and stir to mix. Cover and chill at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
