This recipe is the perfect way to use up leftover turkey or chicken. The gravy and vegetables create a savory filling, while the biscuit dough adds a fluffy, flaky topping.

2 cups cubed leftover cooked turkey (or chicken)
2 cans (10.5 ounce size) chicken gravy
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 ounce size) refrigerated biscuit dough
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the turkey, gravy, and vegetables and place in a 2-quart size baking dish. Place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Unwrap the biscuits from the can and place in a single layer on top of the pot pie filling. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for 12-15 additional minutes or until the biscuits are cooked and the filling is bubbly.
Serve the filling in bowls topped with a biscuit.
