ingredients
12 oysters on the half shell
non-stick cooking spray
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
directions
Place oysters on a baking sheet, and set aside.
Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray, place over medium-high heat until hot. Add green onions, saute until tender. Add breadcrumbs and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon breadcrumb mixture evenly over oysters. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 2 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
