Slow Cooker Marinated Beef Brisket

ingredients
5 pounds lean beef brisket
3 ounces liquid smoke
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle (16 ounce size) barbecue sauce, NOT smoked
directions
Pour liquid smoke over meat and sprinkle with salts. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. The next day, place meat and all liquid in crockpot and add Worcestershire sauce.
Slow cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, stirring occasionally. Add BBQ sauce midway through cooking.

I have been cooking for 40 years, and enjoy trying new recipes. After seeing this recipe, I was sure it would come out like a football. To curious, I had to try it, and it is great. Good flavor, very tender, and anyone can make this. Thanks

This is AMAZING!! I made it for a 4th of July party we had at our house. Served it with buns, potato salad and beer! Terrific! Highly recommend~
