ingredients
1 jar (10 ounce size) apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 pound cocktail weiners
1 can (15.25 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained
1 large green or red bell pepper, cut into 3/4" squares
directions
In large saucepan, over medium heat, combine preserves, barbecue sauce and teriyaki sauce. Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in cocktail wieners, pineapple and green pepper. Heat thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a chafing dish, keeping warm over low heat. Serve with toothpicks.
