Chocolate Chip, Raisin And Sunflower Seed Cookies

ingredients
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 small egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chips
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and beat until combined.
By hand, stir in the oats, sunflower seeds, raisins and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonful onto nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until golden. Remove immediately to wire racks to cool.
